Her bir ara\u00e7 i\u00e7in her iki ayda ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen ortalama sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 hesaplan\u0131r ve sonras\u0131nda ge\u00e7mi\u015f aydan g\u00fcncel aya ortalama art\u0131\u015f\/azal\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 bulunur. T\u00fcm ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in bu oran bulunduktan sonra toplam sat\u0131\u015f adetlerine g\u00f6re a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 ortalama al\u0131narak tek bir art\u0131\u015f\/azal\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 bulunur. Bulunan bu nihai art\u0131\u015f\/azal\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 son ay\u0131n ikinci el otomobil fiyat endeks de\u011ferine uygulanarak yeni ay\u0131n ikinci el otomobil fiyat endeksi bulunur.<\/p>\n<p>Endeks hesaplamas\u0131nda hasars\u0131z veya az hasarl\u0131 ara\u00e7lar\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f bilgileri kullan\u0131lacakt\u0131r.
